Poorpa Yanyeen Meerreeng Website
The Poorpa Yanyeen Meerreeng project is a multi-purpose walking and cycling trail connecting Port Campbell and Timboon. The name, selected in collaboration with Eastern Maar and Traditional Owners, reflects the significance of travelling through Country — and sets the tone for a trail experience that feels both place-driven and uniquely regional.
My role in this project was to design and build a user-friendly, informative website that supports visitors as they plan their journey. The website brings together trail information and practical guidance so walkers and riders can confidently explore the route and the towns along the way.
Key outcomes included:
A clean, intuitive layout that makes it easy for users to find what they need
Responsive design for visitors planning on the go
Clear trail structure to help users navigate sections, distances and points of interest
Local tourism integration, encouraging visitors to explore nearby businesses and service.
